We process wild game and domestic livestock — custom cut and wrapped to your specifications. Drop your animal off and tell us exactly how you want it cut. We handle the rest.

Animals should be field-dressed and cooled before drop-off. After-hours drop-off is available for wild game by arrangement — call ahead at (208) 557-1929 to schedule.

We also make jerky and snack sticks from wild game. Ask us about flavors and options when you schedule. Additional fees apply.

Pickup is by appointment — we'll contact you when your order is ready.

Walk in during shop hours and buy direct. All beef is US sourced. Priced below what you'd pay for comparable quality at a grocery store. We also grind and season our own sausage in-house.

We handle high-value cuts with extra care — vacuum sealed, properly labeled, and packaged to protect your investment. Whether it's a whole Wagyu or a prized elk backstrap, your meat gets the same attention.
